Q - How long is the wine good for?
A – Three to five years is what we tell our customers. However, I have recently enjoyed some six year-old bottles that were simply stored in a cool dark basement.
Q – What’s the quality of the wine?
A – Will respect to my friends and family members, this is not basement / garage “homemade wine.” Your grapes are professionally tested for sugar, acid and other qualitative measures. Then, half way through the winemaking process, each wine is professionally tested. We have 16.5 tons of air conditioning and two brand-new heating systems to ensure optimum environmental conditions. Quality is subjective as we all know, however most feel you are making a wine that could be purchased in a wine shop for $15 to $25.
Q - If I miss a step, can I make it up?
A – Yes, definitely! We have many business travelers, so the first priority is to take care of your wine. We will then offer a number
Q - How many of friends/family can I share the cost with?
A – You may have the following amount of friends/family join you:
¼ Barrel - 5 case course – 5 partners
½ Barrel – 10 case course – 9 partners
Barrel - 20 cases course – 13 partners
